Annual Rebate: Annual purchases exceeding ¥200,000 will receive an additional 5% rebate.

4. Payment Terms
Prepayment: You can purchase directly online. If you require a custom logo, please contact us to arrange a 50% deposit.
Final Payment Deadline: Pay the balance before shipment (up to 30 days, subject to credit review).
Payment Methods: Wire Transfer, PAYPAL, or Alipay/WeChat Account.

5. Order and Logistics
Delivery Time: Ships 3-5 business days after payment; customized products ship 7-20 business days.
Shipping: Customer’s responsibility (discounts available from logistics partners).

6. Returns and After-Sales Service

8. Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved preferentially through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, litigation shall be filed in the local court of the seller’s location.

9. Regional Protection
Exclusive Agency: Provincial-level agents enjoy pricing rights within their region (annual purchases must be ≥ ¥500,000).
Penalties for Cross-selling: Cross-regional sales will result in a warning for the first violation; a second violation will result in a fine of 20% of the product value.

10. Policy Updates
Major changes to terms will be notified 30 days in advance in writing, and the transition period from the old policy will be 60 days.
